HITEC Outdoors' service shop is located on the western side of Land Between the Lakes in Benton, Kentucky, just down the road from Draffenville. We are proud to provide quality service to the Kentucky Lakes region, including Benton, Murray, Paducah, Mayfield, Metropolis, Cadiz, Wingo, and other surrounding cities in Western Kentucky, Northern Tennessee, and Southern Illinois.

Software Updates and Conversions Having trouble getting your marine electronics updated or your waypoints converted from one vendors format to another? We update all of the products we sell and can help our customers transition there data to the new equipment.
Advanced Troubleshooting Having an electrical engineer on staff allows us to provide highly technical expertise and experience to be able to provide advanced technical troubleshooting of marine electronics and boat wiring.	Software Configuration & On-the-Water Training The best way that adults learn is by seeing and doing. What better way of doing this but in your boat with your electronics? We provide professional On-the-Water training and software configuration for Lowrance, Humminbird, Garmin, Raymarine and Minn Kota.	Warranty Service & Repair Work We are a full service warranty center for Minn Kota with all of the parts to get you back on the water. We also have 100's of replacement parts for Lowrance, Humminbird, Garmin, Raymarine.
